The North Wales Conferences team are dedicated to providing a full range of services for conference and event organisers. The team are willing to share their knowledge, management expertise and local advice on the diversity of conference facilities and amenities throughout North Wales.

Free Venue Finding Service
Once you have told us what type of venue you are looking for and when you wish to hold the event, we will do the rest. We will search for a venue that best matches your requirements and source any additional equipment, catering or services you need before getting back to you with details of our findings. All you need to do then is choose a date when you can come to visit!
Familiarisation Visits
Undoubtedly, as a conference/event organiser, you will want to see the venues and facilities that have been selected. We will organise an itinerary for your visit and accompany you if you wish.
Free Accommodation Booking Service
We can design a customised ‘bed booking’ form to send to each delegate with details of accommodation. The delegates fill in the form, select the hotels in order of preference, return the form to us and we will coordinate the booking. A booking confirmation letter will then be issued to the delegate when all the arrangements have been made, detailing all the necessary information.
Delegate Information
We can provide you with information, leaflets, brochures and contact numbers relating to any of the attractions, amenities or services within the North Wales area. Just ask!
Partner / Activity Programme Planning
We can furnish you with suggestions of activities, facilities and attractions that delegates’ family and friends could enjoy during their stay.
